Reservation Guidelines:

  • Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for reservation changes or cancellations. Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this notice period.

  • Booking Details: Please book for the total number of people in your group. We cannot guarantee the combination of separate reservations. Groups of 8 or more must use our dedicated booking link.

  • Reservations Highly Recommended: Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Table Reservation Duration: Each reservation secures your table for 2 hours. If there are no other reservations after your time slot, you are more than welcome to stay longer.

  • Late Arrival Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

  • Reservation Deposit: A $15 deposit per seat (per person) secures your table and is applied to your bill at checkout, covering studio fees. Ceramics are charged additionally.

  • We do not have standing room available, so please make sure to book as many seats as needed (painters and non-painters alike).

  • Pottery Firing Time: Pottery requires firing. Please allow 1-2 weeks for items to be ready. Ceramics must be picked up by one person (no individual pick-up).

  • Ceramic Pickup: Finished ceramics will be held for 45 days after your visit. Please pick up your creations within this timeframe.

  • No Outside Food or Alcohol: We do not permit outside food or alcoholic drinks.
